Before you email us, read this FAQ and give our demo videos (COMING SOON) a watch. If you ask a question that is already available here, you won't get a response. In fact, that is a great way to tell if we've already answered your question here: you don't hear back from us. If your question is one of the unanswered ones, email us at support@grokking.it and we will try to get back to you quickly.

Is it true that grokking.it is the 25th greatest invention of all time?

Yes.

What are the other 24 greatest inventions?

We can’t go into details, but we can say that #4 is beer.

How much does grokking.it cost?

grokking.it is free for normal people like you and me. We partner up with retailers and merchants and they subscribe to our merchant-specific services for a basement bargain price of SGD50 (approx USD38) per month. Some cool additionality functionalities for our merchant partners cost more. We also talk a big game about releasing a top notch, kick ass enterprise-level premium version in the near future, but who really knows. All that matters is that this grokking.it, in all its minimalistic glory, is now and will always be free for you as a shopping user! (We do, however, accept beer donations if you think this is a job well done!)

Do you really accept beer?

Yep. Each of us have a personal favorite so you have to be specific when you donate.

Are you ever going to release an API for grokking.it?

Yes, we are working on the documentation now. We look forward to seeing what you'll make with it.

Why don't you guys release stuff more quickly?

Well, we certainly try, but there are only 6 of us working on grokking.it and we all have full-time jobs with Odeon Consulting Group and/or families.

How do you keep your skin looking so young and vibrant?

Family secret.

I don't like the name "grokking.it". It isn't even French.

How much does the iPhone app cost?

You can get the grokking.it iPhone app for the bargain basement price of exactly $0.00.

I don't like iPhones. Can you make an app for Android/Blackberry?

We are working on the Android App. We can build Blackberry apps too but unfortunately, we have not set aside a budget for buying Blackberry phones for testing purposes. If you have a couple of Blackberry phones to donate, get in touch with us!

Can you make a grokking.it iPad app?

This is a high priority for us. For now we are going to focus on making sure the webapp works well on the iPad. Then we will try to create an app that takes advantages of the strengths of the iPad.
